(Bio)

INT. LOS ANGELES – DAY

Kranthi Nag is an actor whose work merges the precision of method training with an instinctive ability to bring characters to life. Based in Los Angeles, he graduated with an associate degree (AOS) in method acting from The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in Los Angeles, where he was awarded the LA Artist Grant, an honor reserved for a select few whose talent and discipline stand out at an international level.

INT. FAMILY HOME – LONDON – DAY

Raised in a family where cinema was both livelihood and language, Nag’s earliest memories are steeped in the world of film. His father, a respected film financier, and his parents’ work in the silver recovery process from analog film reels gave him a behind the scenes view of the medium’s most tactile traditions. At just twelve years old, he took his first step onto a film set as an actor, making his screen debut in the Telugu language feature Current (2009), produced by Annapurna Studios. Childhood summers unfolded on bustling Hyderabad sets, where he absorbed the rhythm of production, while formative years in London immersed him in the discipline and elegance of British theatre, an influence that continues to shape the emotional architecture of his performances today.
